Kindness Yoga & Activities At Chamlian!
Khatchig Chouljian from @mindbodyfitglendale spoke to our 4-8th graders on being kind to yourself and others. He explained to our Tigers that if you are not kind to yourself, then it’s hard to be kind and fully present with others. Students participated in a mindful meditation, some light stretching, and mobility work and cemented the already grounded value of kindness within their mind, body, and soul.
