Welcome! My name is Emily Boghoskhan, and I am a proud 3rd-grade teacher at Chamlian Armenian School. This year marks my 8th wonderful year of teaching here, a journey filled with incredible experiences and invaluable lessons. Teaching for me is not just a profession; it's a passion deeply rooted in the belief that every child holds the potential to shape a brighter future. Prior to becoming a Teacher, I worked as a Behavioral Interventionist for students with special needs at Glendale Unified School District. My background in Special Education and behavior management has better equipped me to better understand students with various learning needs and differentiate instruction in order to meet the needs of all learners, while promoting academic achievement and self-efficacy. I strongly believe in creating a nurturing, positive, and collaborative learning environment, where each child feels a sense of belonging and acceptance.

At Chamlian, I'm fortunate to be part of a community that values the holistic growth of our students, allowing me to contribute not just to their intellectual development but also to nurture their hearts. The opportunity to mold the minds and hearts of young children is a privilege that I cherish deeply, and I am committed to inspiring my students to reach for their dreams, to be kind, and to grow into thoughtful, responsible individuals.
