Teaching English at Chamlian Armenian School allows me to fulfill my literary soul by immersing myself in the world of words and stories while taking my students along with me. It is truly a privilege to give back to my Armenian community by using literature as a powerful tool to nurture critical thinking and analytical skills in my students. Guiding our students to explore and question through reading and writing is not just a career for me, but a deep and meaningful way to contribute to their growth as humans and the youth of our diaspora.

John Steinbeck once said, "I have come to believe that a great teacher is a great artist... Teaching might even be the greatest of the arts since the medium is the human mind and spirit." This quote resonates deeply with me, capturing the essence of my teaching philosophy. I strive to be an artist in the classroom, sculpting experiences that inspire and transform my students, encouraging them to think deeply and broadly about the world around them.
