Narineh Karamanoukian
Hello, I'm Narineh Karamanoukian, a dedicated educator at Chamlian, where I have been shaping young minds for three years. Drawing inspiration from my family of educators, I've devoted over a decade to teaching, most passionately within the first-grade level. My educational journey, underpinned by a degree from CSUN and further training from UCLA Extension Program, is driven by a commitment to fostering a love for learning in every student.
Education:
- B.A in Liberal Studies from CSUN
- Child Development Certification from UCLA Extension Program
- Glendale Police Department Community Academy Certified
Teaching Journey: My path through teaching has taken me from the vibrant energy of Pre- K to the inquisitive minds of 5th-8th graders, touching the worlds of 1st, 3rd, and 4th graders along the way. Yet, it's the heartfelt connection and boundless curiosity of my first- grade students that have truly captured my passion, guiding me back to where my love for teaching and students deeply resonates.
Beyond the classroom, my passions include:
- Literature: An avid reader, embracing the world of words and stories.
- Dance: A lover of ballet, finding my joy and expression through movement.
- Community Involvement: Actively contribtuting to the Armenian community, fostering connections within academic and athletic organizations.
- Travel: Exploring new cultures and places, enhancing my understanding and appreciation of the world.
- Family Time: Cherishing moments with loved ones, grounding my life with joy and purpose.
