Educational Background
- B.A. in Psychology from the University of Southern California
Work Experience:
- Teacher’s Assistant at Chamlian (2023 - 2024): I supported students with additional work and missed lessons, graded assignments, and built positive relationships with the class.
- Dance Teacher at Exceleration Studios (2020 - present): Teaching foundational dance techniques to groups of students ages 2 - 18, I lead my dance classes with various dances, while simultaneously educating students on the history of dance and dance culture, enriching their minds and increasing their creativity.
- Behavioral Technician at ERA Behavioral Solutions (Summer 2023): Utilizing my psychology background, I supported individuals in managing and improving behavioral challenges, as well as helping to implement behavior reduction treatments and acquisition of skills provided by supervisors.
- Counselor at Aghbalian Summer Camp (2016 - 2019): My role encompassed fusing counseling techniques with creative activities as I strived to enrich young minds, taught and assessed concepts in math, science, English and Armenian, planned arts and crafts activities, and read stories.
Hobbies and Interests
- I love listening to music, baking various desserts, traveling the world, dancing, and yoga.
